Renewal Post Loss

This form should only be used to notify RST that you have not received a card that has been issued in a renewal. We will have sent you a delivery e-mail when your card was dispatched with instructions to use this form if it isn’t received.

If you have been sent a card for the below reasons then do not use this form, but email RST@raildeliverygroup.com confirming your full home address and which cards you haven’t received

  • as a new employee to the rail industry or
  • for a new family member to your record and we have advised we have recently posted it

    Post Loss Details

    If the card you haven’t received is not listed this means that the time period for reporting a post loss has either not opened or has passed. You will need to complete an XX35 for replacements where the window has passed. Please refer to the forms page details of post loss periods window.

    Please fill in details of who hasn’t received the card and any other details.
    Post Loss Information
    • Only cards that have recently been issued as part of a renewal can be reported as a post loss using this form. The card/pass will be available to select in the form.
    • There are set timescales when a post loss can be reported so cards/passes can be re-issued free of charge.
    • Post loss timescales are shown on the Forms page. Once the period for reporting a post loss has passed you will not be able to use this form. You will need to complete form XX35 instead.
    • If the original cards issued in the renewal arrive after you have submitted this form, you must notify Rail Staff Travel. To do this, complete form XX46, attaching a photo of the original cards cut into four so they can be removed from your record.
    • If you later receive the cards you reported as not received and do not notify Rail Staff Travel this will be considered as a travel irregularity. Likewise it is a travel irregularity to use cards/passes you have previously reported as not received.
